Terms of Service

Last updated July 16, 2026. These terms govern your use of AntiVamp's reservation and identity-protection registry.

1. What AntiVamp is

AntiVamp operates a registry that records token name and ticker reservations and post-launch copycat locks across integrated blockchains and launchpads. AntiVamp does not deploy tokens, hold liquidity, or custody creator funds.

Participating launchpads voluntarily query the registry before accepting a launch. AntiVamp does not control any third-party launchpad's decision to allow or reject a launch.

2. Reservations

A reservation holds a normalized name + ticker pair to a single wallet address for a fixed duration that you select and pay for at reservation time.

Reservation fees are flat, calculated in the applicable chain's native asset or a supported stablecoin at the time of payment, and are final and non-refundable once the reservation transaction confirms — including if you never launch, if a launch fails, or if you change your mind.

A reservation does not guarantee that a launch will succeed, that a launchpad will accept the launch, or that market conditions will be favorable. It only guarantees that, while active, only the reserving wallet is recognized as the authorized launcher for that identity within the AntiVamp registry.

3. Protection limits

Protection windows — whether from an active reservation, a post-bond lock, or a verified market-cap milestone — are time-limited and defined by the rules published on the How it works page, as they may be updated from time to time.

AntiVamp applies the longest valid protection window when more than one lock could apply. Expired protection returns an identity to public availability unless another valid block applies.

AntiVamp is a registry and enforcement signal, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that every integrated launchpad correctly enforces every decision, and we are not liable for a launchpad's failure to do so.

4. Eligibility and prohibited use

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to reserve an identity or integrate as a partner. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you.

You may not use AntiVamp to reserve or launch identities for fraudulent, infringing, or market-manipulative purposes. See the Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on this site or in the AntiVamp registry is investment, legal, or financial advice. Reserving or launching a token identity involves risk, including total loss of any fees paid and of any funds committed to a token launch.

6. Service availability

AntiVamp is provided on an “as available” basis. Oracle or indexer outages, chain congestion, or upstream RPC failures may delay or block reservations and validations; where feasible, the service fails closed (blocks rather than incorrectly allows) rather than silently succeeding.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiVamp and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the registry, including lost profits, lost tokens, or lost opportunity to launch or protect an identity.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
